East Africa Gaming Convention To Launch Second Edition.
The inaugural East Africa Gaming Convention has finally come. It is the first regional gaming convention exhibiting the various aspects of the gaming industry. We will be having gaming industry stakeholders showcasing their specialties ranging from:
- video game tournaments.
- online gaming.
- gaming retailship.
- gaming journalism.
- game development.
- game education.
- cosplay sessions.
- competitions and various related activities.
This gaming & technology convention will be the leading platform for meeting with interactive entertainment developers, publishers, distributors, service providers, platform providers, localization providers and game developers, payment providers, multimedia, telecom operators, investors, government officials, and retailers in the region.
This Convention is devoted to introduce a wide variety of educational and entertainment video games, online games as well as mobile games, education and information software, game related hardware, and next-generation platforms. A Technology Convention will run alongside the forum and will showcase latest phones, laptops, computers, tablets etc.
The second edition of the East Africa Gaming Convention will return in Nairobi from March 31 to April 1, 2018, in response to the demand by the gaming fraternity. The first edition of the event held last year attracted over 700 gaming enthusiasts per day making it a major e-gaming platform for the entire value chain in the sector.
